How to ensure emails from BetterVenting land in your inbox:
Since emails sent to you in response to questions or order confirmations may end up in your spam email, please go into your spam folder and move the message to your inbox. It should ask if you would like to move all future emails from firstname.lastname@example.org your inbox. Choosing ‘yes’ ensures emails containing important information about your order are not overlooked.
How do I reset my password?
In the login area of BetterVenting.com, please select “Forgot Password” and a link will be sent to you to reset your password.
Does the store price include shipping?
The shipping rate is shown as a separate price in the Shopping Cart Order Summary section of your order.
Are there volume discounts?
The online store pricing structure does not include volume discounts. If you intend to make frequent volume purchases, you do have the option to be set up as a reseller. Please contact us by email to email@example.com.
How would I get a discount code?
Occasionally we run a special where we advertise an applicable discount code. If there is no indication of this message on the product’s page, an active discount code is not available at the time.
Communications you’ll receive from us:
You’ll receive an initial email from us when you register to create a BetterVenting account. Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email with the order number and confirmation of the order details. Once the order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation of shipment with the tracking number.
Can I make changes to my order once it is confirmed?
To ensure accuracy, we suggest emailing us with any changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number located in the order confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com to request an order cancellation. An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground Service and USPS. UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services are other available options.
Where do I find the shipment tracking number?
Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment with the tracking number. Please note that you may be provided a tracking number prior to the package being picked up by the carrier. In that case, you will need to wait for the carrier to accept receipt of the package prior to being able to check the tracking on the carrier’s site. The tracking number is valid - it just may not be active yet.
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days when product is in stock. You may choose expedited shipping options during checkout. For expedited options, orders must be received by 2:00PM ET. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.
How long does it typically take to receive my order?
The transit time is between 1-4 business days, depending on where you are located and varies by carrier. The shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number with a link to the arrival date of your package.
What happens if my order never arrives?
Please initiate the investigation process by calling the carrier and providing the tracking number. Please email the information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll contact you within 24 hours (business days).
What happens if my order arrives with damage?
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us promptly by sending an email with the order number and details to email@example.com and expect a response within 24 hours (business days only).
What is the return policy?
We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original, unused condition. To return products, you must email our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
Once a returned product is received, inspected and determined to be in original, unused condition, you will be refunded for the cost of the product only, less a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one (1) year thereafter. Please see BetterVenting's Terms of Sale for specific coverage.
